What's included

Rental conditions are included in your agreement with RAGQ.

Prices for our furnished apartments vary depending on the time of year you are renting and the length of your stay. Other factors also have an impact on prices: the size of the unit (studio or apartment with 1 to 6 bedrooms), the number of people who will occupy the apartment, the geographic location of the apartment, the proximity to a metro station and other factors such as supply and demand as well as your personal preferences such as the presence of an elevator, parking, a swimming pool, the possibility of bringing your pet company, etc.

The prices that appear on our site are in Canadian dollars. The prices displayed are subject to change depending on the specifics of your rental contract as described above.

A deposit of 30% of the first month's rental based on the price displayed on our website or concluded with an agent is required when you reserve your unit with RAGQ. This reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Included in the rental price

All of our short or long term rentals are fully furnished and include the following:

-Electricity;
-Hot water;
-Heating;
-High-speed Internet;
-Smart TV;
-A complete cleaning of the apartment is carried out by a specialized cleaning company before your arrival;

Available in some apartments

Some apartments/units/houses include the following (information based on information provided by managers or owners):

-Access to a gymnasium;
-Access to a swimming pool;
-Accepted animals;
-Lift;
-Air conditioner;
-Smoking welcome;
-Garden, courtyard, terrace, balcony and more;
-Parking; garage

For your comfort, the following services are available (on request)

Cleaning services (at your expense).

Additional costs not included in the rental price

-Service charge of $50.00 (payable at the time of your reservation and non-refundable);
-Financial charges of 4% apply to certain payment methods (non-refundable);
-Costs associated with keys (Ex. Additional keys, lost or damaged keys, keys left inside the apartment or not returned at the end of the rental period, locksmith services); More information
-Additional maintenance and cleaning costs if the furnished apartment is not returned in the same condition as when you arrived;
-The sales taxes of the QST, the GST and the tax on lodging do not apply for a monthly furnished rental.

Cancellation Policy

Your rental agreement includes the following clauses:

-The reservation deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation;
-The $50 service/management fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
-There is a cancellation policy in your rental agreement. The rental contract / agreement can only be terminated according to the terms and conditions of RAGQ.

Some travel insurance policies may protect you against cancellation charges. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance (with the provider of your choice).


Contact us

Insurance

RAGQ and the leased property provider/building management have insurance for the furnished apartment/house/unit you are renting. Your personal effects or your civil liability are not covered by these insurance policies.

We recommend that you purchase personal/travel/cancellation insurance from a provider of your choice to cover your liability and that of other occupants and to insure your property and personal effects (fire, loss or theft, trip cancellation , etc.).

Keep in mind that some fees in your contract/agreement with RAGQ are non-refundable.
